I used to play it. Got to the level cap (whatever it was at the time...I forget

) and got my flying mount and then... dunno just stopped playing. I was a Warlock and I can't even remember what the server name was!

Not played an MMORPG for a while now, quite looking forward to Mortal Online but thats not out for aggges yet (summer 2009) I think. Not sure if i will bother with anything in between now and then.

EDIT: I remember it was Executus!

I was really looking forward to WoW when it came out as I spent a lot of time playing Diablo II but I just couldn't get into it. I'd never have the time to play a MMORPG now, so I'll have to stick with Mario Kart.

Well I have took the plunge and downloaded a 10 day trial of World of Warcraft. For too long have I ripped my mates for Elf Fiddling and Dwarf lovin. So I thought I would take the plunge to give it an objective assessment.

So any advice on the best servers and classes to start off with ??

You know what? I appear to be downloading a client for it now. Words as per the above please. Perhaps it will last longer than ten minutes this time.

my /played time on this character is 68 days.

class wise, easiest to pick up and play is likely a hunter, going down the beast mastery route once you start to get tallent points.

frost mages are similarly easy to control, and warlocks are lots of fun, though can be a bit fiddly.

all in all though, each of the 9 current classes have been balanaced out and play and leveling should be faily easy and fun (other than on a warrior at later levels).
