I already have the cables from the first time I got the play and charge kits, so there's not really any advantage to having another.

I'm useless though, I have two, lost 1 and often lose the other. Only reason I don't lose batteries is because they stick in the controller .

Woolies are selling loads of stuff off at 50% or less - no idea if its extending to games etc but might be worth a look.

In fact http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7766810.stm

I don't think I could do it :/
I couldn't walk in to a place like Woolies, scavenging for bargains knowing that most of the people working there will probably be unemployed next year.

Bleurgh. Only bought stuff in Woolies yesterday. Wasn't much and it was already discounted so I guess I don't mind.

I overheard people saying they were unable to get new stock (for obvious reasons), so if you spot a deal, take it.

I'd make offers. "I'll give you £20 for Rock Band 2". etc..
You could probably make some cracking savings on stuff for the house though by making an offer.

Just had posted Far Cry 2 tin version and Midnight Club for the 360 £17.99 from play.com hoping to get them completed soon and trade them into CEX for £25 cash each

I've just been to Woolies for other stuff and it did feel strangely sad there. Felt sorry for the staff and seems a shame as I have many happy memories of their toy section as a kid.
