I actually use my old weights gloves instead of Hand wraps, as they are easier to get on/off and offer the support I need.

Should alaways use the wraps.
Mine & T3's use to take us a while to put them. Even longer when i would wrap them too tight ! ! ! ! lol

Punching isn't actually the problem at the moment, it is bending my wrist and putting weight on it when doing press ups.

Cheers for the link Garp; Dave (gym owner) suggested the powerball thingys when I mentioned it to him so I'll look into both

I would still advise wraps, not only for support but also hygeine reasons

I have thin weak wrists - I hadn't realised this until I was hitting the pads. At the moment the RSI in my right wrist is bad and I have reduced flexibility in it; I tried just some wussy girlie pressups last night and just being in the stance without doing anything is painful.
We have a squiggy ball thing which is meant to help those muscles, just wondering if anyone else knows of something I can do.
when i first started thaiboxing my wrists killed me, i thought i had carpel tunnel or something and the doctor refered me to a consultant. i kept up the thai boxing and after 6 months i got used to the pain and it got less and less. now my wrists are fine
