Default Definitely Friday the Thirteenth

Currently sat in a pub in Jarp's home town due to a signalling failure on the London to Brighton line...

Hopefully we'll make it to our hotel in Brighton before midnight!

I have no idea what it's called!

It's the first pub when you come out of the station, full of idiots but it has Sussex Best on pump so it could be worse

Mrs Dym says she quite likes it...

Yeah, straight opposite the station is The Burrell Arms. Far from the nicest of pubs, usually slightly chavvy.

I have no idea what it was about Fri 13th yesterday, but the police were out in force yesterday, yet most pubs were unusually empty for a Friday night. Saw two people on the floor with blood on them and lots of uniform. Weird.

We had the day from Hell in custody yesterday, it was relentless.

cf. Today, Valentines Day, it's all sweetness and light, hardly any customers and the oncoming Sergeant has brought in doughnuts!
