What the foof is this track called?

Random i know but it's driving me round the bend atm. Right there is a band that i think are something like Death Cab for Cutie possibly, and they have a song which is pretty much just music for the first like 75% of it then repeated lyrics towards the end. i can't for the love of me think of the lyrics or who it could be and this is also a **** description i'm aware, but i'm hoping someone might be able to stop me going insane right now?

Can you describe the music any better? Death Cab For Cutie are indeed a real band (nice bunch of guys too) but I don't really know their music.
