I was having a look at this pole but not sure if it's suitable. It seems to be tension it's help by but then it's got a bit at the top that screws into the ceiling

It's half the price than an x-pole but if I'm spending the money I would rather spend more on something that's better quality.

I've been prancing about for the last while trying to pick a song but I love so much music I can seem to find the right track.

I've found what I will be wearing though

The only pole worth buying at the moment is the X-Pole. It costs more for a reason - it doesn't come down when you use it! It's the only one I recommend to any of my students and the only one I will use in classes. Well worth saving your pennies for, plus you have the added Spinny option which is the best fun ever!

I have just been chatting with Ambyglam and he's trying to work out which student you are!

My favourite 'pole dancing' song (at this moment in time) would be 'Fantasy' by Timbaland (Shock Value - Album).

I was just trying to convey the fact that I don't have a favourite track/tune/song for people to pole dance too as I've not frequented such a gentleman’s club where such pieces of equipment are often found

) thought that the above track would be a fitting song for the purpose of performing to from an exercise standpoint as well as an enticing one for the intended audience member (I take it this is a sub reason for learning to pole dance
