Quick plug for an album which I've recently rediscovered

Get Ready is New Order's penultimate album and also in my eyes along with Republic the most accessable, moving away from the shoe stareing bbut retaining an undeniable New Orderiness. The single Crystal is a great introduction to the album and it rocks along nicely with a few cameos from other musicians (Billy Corgan and Bobby Gillespie).

If you like New Order but you are looking for something to sing along to rather than slit your wrists to then this maybe for you

I've been attacking my ears with funky trance stuff, mainly to try and keep me awake (I've been working at 2am on at least four occasions in the past week). I'm just letting Spotify suggest stuff, and so far, it's offered me these:

Just put on Electricity by OMD in celebration of the fact that the leccy in the hotel has just come back on, allowing the aircon to transform my bedroom from the sweatbox it has been for the past 4 hours into a lovely fridge like place
