Was forced to sit through Quantum of Solace again
Even worse than I remembered it. Not a Bond film at all. Not even a good action film. If was a generic action film it'd get 6/10 As a Bond film - 4/10 Result - not quite as bad as The World Is Not Enough, but very close.

Ouch, I'm not liking the comparisons to TWINE... but then again, even that had a good theme tune, which QoS doesn't.
I'm looking forward to watching QoS just so that I can turn around and point out just how superior the Bourne movies are, again, to Haly > |

The Usual Suspects
9/10 Yeah I know, where have we been for the past 14 years? Not watching The Usual Suspects, that's where. Lana and I watched this one this evening and I really enjoyed it for the most part. Even found my heart beginning to race in places My only question has to be.. what was Pete Postlethwait's accent supposed to be? Had Lana and I both confused. Sounds possibly Indian mixed with Scots? 9/10 because 1/2 point off for Pete's accent and Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! 1/2 a point because we both figured early on that Verbal's gimp was fake End Spoiler Alert!

Once I figured out what the hell was going on, I quite enjoyed Quantum of Solace. And of course as a Bond movie it will always be superior to Bourne

Next time try watching it from half-way through and see if you can't finish it.

Twin Town
Starring
7/10 It's not a classic by any means but it's entertaining with some suitably surreal, even vicious comedy moments. I'd probably suggest not watching it with granny, especially if she has any problem with swearing.

Add 1 to Twin Town's rating if you know anything about Swansea and want to regularly point out locations you know throughout the film

I've Loved You So Long - absolutely brilliant.
Beautifully acted and expertly constructed - I would unhesitatingly recommend this film to everyone.
