Defo on for the 1k now. Need some patience to get through the campaign on Veteran though, gonna get tought now. Safehouse is proving a PITA.

Has anyone here tried Flock? It's a game that a fair few mates have been working on and I reckon it is quite fun for a quick blast but I might be a bit biased in that, however there should be a free demo of it so I figure there is no harm in me pimping it out too. A couple of points though if you are going to play it on PC you really want to be doing so with a gamepad and secondly it might not be 100% with Vista yet, some people report no problems while others say it crashes.

Mile High Club too me hours until I found the shotgun that is... I didn't find the campaign too hard on Veteran and it was certainly easier for the most part than COD3 and COD2. I'm not sure I have the stamina for another COD Veteran run through so I've stayed well clear of COD5 so far.
I tried Flock yesterday with my bairn and whilst it's certainly charming and well presented it just didn't hold my attention. Half way through the 2nd challenge I found myself feeling I'd already fully understood all the game was going to offer. Then my 4 year old turned to me and said "I'm bored" and we turned it off. *edited for spelling: not enough sleep & typing one handed with baby in other Last edited by Aboobie; 09-04-2009 at 10:58. |

CoD5 isn't as good anyway. It's also meant to have the most frustrating veteran campaign of them all iirc.
I'm hoping to work my way through CoD2's veteran mode soon, it's still my favourite CoD
