Rather slow but here are some birds of prey from a visit to the Cotswold Falconry centre. Definitely well worth a visit if anyone is in the North Oxfordshire area.
A Bald Eagle George the hawk Some Great Horned Owl chicks, 2 months old

This thread's been dead for too long.
My girlfriend took me to feed the meerkats today and the sun was out, the animals were happy and I had my camera to hand... so here are a few of the bajillion or so critter pics we came back with. Firstly... MEERKATS! Then we saw some marmosets. don't remember axactly what they were called because we soon gave them teh name 'Einstein Monkey'

This cheeky starling was building a nest inside the jaguar enclosure.
A very handsome macaw. A ring tailed lemur with her baby. And finally a raccoon in a hammock. Possibly called Bert.

I don't even rank as an amateur photog, but have a few critters pics
Boz - my Nan's cat who my parents have now adopted as he kept tripping her up. He'll be 20 in October. A stinky ferret my mum found in the garden and handed over to the RSPCA. A nosy mouse from a family that made their home in the garage |
