Ooh, sounds yummy! I love lamb shanks but hardly ever have them because my local butcher doesn't sell them. Rubbish!
No idea what I'm going to have tonight, I was going to have bubble and squeak but I've been stuck in the office all day and won't be in the mood for cooking when I get home. |

Joint of beef, slow cooked all day in beer stock, with potatoes and carrots, with Yorkshire Pud
 Was rather nice. The meat was melt in the mouth
