Damn. Complain and you might get a free one

Sat here with a little bowl with bits of each in for my 'lunch'. I love everything they've given me today It's harder at home because there is so much food around that I catch myself thinking "oooh I could have eggs on toast". I don't really want it though and will feel virtuous and healthy by this evening, what with my Graze box and 3 gym classes

Oh and I've never really liked dried apricots before today. These are so juicy!!! Not rubbery at all

I've continued to have 2 boxes a week with no problems, however, yesterday's pineapple didn't come with a sleeve and ended up leaking sticky (but nice smelling) juice all over everything. The bamboo fork was also broken so sticky hands at lunchtime weren't great.

I emailed them to ask if they decided to change the packaging- and if so it's not as effective as before- I recieved a quick, polite and jolly-natured response apologising as there should have been a sleeve, and they're sending my next box free!

Can't fault them really- as MB said early on in this thread- they have great customer service.

That's not good MB, though I'd prefer your situation over mine - got a call from the bank yesterday saying someone was going on holiday with my money (last time it was lastminute, this time BA). That's three cards I've had go bad now. WTF am I doing wrong. :/

Pineapple, bakewell tart mix, lemon salted pistachios. It is a good day! Halfway through it already.

Today I have apple, Japanese rice cracker mix & mexican chilli cashews.

I'll probably tell them not to send me apple. Not because I don't like it but because I'd rather have pineapple or citrus fruit.

The bakewell tart mix looks rather scrummy.

Good point actually. Think I'll bin apple off mine. I usually take an apple to work anyway

Is that the second week running? Might be worth getting them sent to home the day before.

I agree - all mine go to home and I've not missed one yet. Eating the fruit next day isn't ideal but I've done it a few times now and had no problems.

The guys behind Graze are the same people who started LOVEFILM, so they know the postal system pretty well.

They remind me somewhat of the company behind the Innocent Smoothie Range- a jolly, upbeat company.

Today is fresh pineapple, fire nuts (hot chilli almonds, chilli cashews and wasabi peanuts) and a chilli seed mix!

Glad I like it spicy!
