I company we do work with has a royal warrant. And they put it on both sides of every van, trailer etc.

Just a shame every one has "baring" instead of "bearing". A spell checker wouldn't have helped, but a decent proof reader would as it definitely should be bearing...

Damn, looks like the bins have been changed for new ones. The old ones were for the disposal of documents of a sensitive nature and proudly stated

"CONFIDENTAIL WASTE"

on the side.

NO PARKING UNDER STAND

Bloke who sits opposite me at work has an orange Capri-Sun most days. Noticed last week that it's got some random 'factoid' the the back of it saying something about how an orange will normally float but will sink if you peal [sic] it. Makes me cringe every day. Good knows how many people will have failed to spot that before they printed however many thousand of those packets.

When you're sending god knows how many proofs to clients on a daily basis, it's impossible to pick up on errors.

Clients generally pick up on errors as they are putting their logo under a microscope whereas to the printer etc it's just another logo.

I love the clients who sign off a proof when the job is wrong and then try to blame it all on you .. even though they signed it off :/

I would never dare do that!

I get it proofed at least 3 times by different people in the office before I sign.

That way I have plenty of other people to blame!

Ring them up & Abuse them for poor Grammar/spelling

In our manor we have the Beaver bus, On the back it says in Huge letters
" RIDE THE BEAVER " Tickles me every time I see it, I'll grab a pick next time.

Always blame the printer

It's impossible to pick up on every mistake, no matter how obvious they are, some will slip through the net. The printer has lots of jobs to check, each customer just has one. They sign the proof, it's their problem
