I have two of them and I want to join them together.
Apparently you can't do this :/ but am sure I saw a double female adaptor at work on my computer there??! Please enlighten. Many thanks BB x |

You can do this. I have several such adapters. I'll try find a link for one for you.
You have to watch out for signal loss, but that shouldn't be a problem (10m isn't an issue, 50m might be). |

Yeah you just need a coupler. You should be able to get them anywhere. I know B&Q do them because I had to nip out and get some from there once!
They are only a couple of quid. |

Stick "RJ45 gender changer" into Google. There are loads - starting as cheap as 34p.

LOL at only £5.78. It's a few bits of plastic and copper and you can get them much cheaper.
Mine are similar, but I got them in the US while travelling. I can probably guess. They don't stock 'em, and like almost anywhere the first-line guys don't know a huge amount about everything they do stock, let alone what they don't. It's the specialists that would need to answer that sort of question. That's what tiered support is for. Last edited by Mark; 20-05-2009 at 19:52. |

If you just want a longer network cable I could send you one from the masses we've collected at work. Just let me know what kind of length you want and I'll give it to you.
