Hhmmmm, what can I make?
I've got some mince meat, spices and stuff and was thinking of making something up as I go along. Also got some tortilla wraps so might make a long meat sausage fried with some garlic and mixed in with spring onions and cajun spices. Then roll it up in a tortilla

If you cut the tortilla into strips (roll into cigar shape and cut with scissors is a nice quick way) you could fry it up with the other ingredients and serve with crusty bread and butter and a herb/cream/sour dip

Make burgers flavoured with whatever spices etc. you have along with some of the finely chopped spring onions and put in the tortillas to serve with some salad. Bind burgers together with some beaten egg.

Nice ideas
Might start cooking soon cos I'm getting hungry. Choices, choices. Think I'll just go with the flow and chuck in whatever I feel like at the time

Well, here they are
Mince, spring onions, green pepper, BBQ seasoning, crushed chillis and tortilla... Mixed all the meat, spring onions, seasoning and chillis together with an egg... And made myself a couple of burgers Could only use one tortilla as there's only 6 in the pack (thought there were 8) and we need them for dinner in the week. Chopped the pepper too. Burgers on the go. Sliced up one burger to go in the tortilla with some pepper... And the other one was eaten on it's own with the rest of the pepper Om, nom, nom....GONE!!!! Not bad for something just made up...tasted bloody lovely

how the fudge did you get your burgers to be so firm and held together when raw like that? I've never got the hang of making my own burgers

Decent quality mince and put them in the fridge for 1/2 hour to firm up if they're not firm enough once you've made them.
Look great Jamie
