I need a better version of The Breakfast Club, I didn't realise quite how poor mine is - No extras, non anamorphic transfer, it looks like a video! I think I'll do Pretty in Pink tonight.

FB never grabed me in the way Breakfast Club did I was a moody little bastard though and prefered my films to be more emo than comedy.

I was probably just the right age when FB came out. Breakfast club was a bit old for me & I wasn't allowed to watch it. Just didn't happen so I didn't see it until I was in my 20's.

Loved Breakfast Club. Didn't really care for Ferris Bueller and I don't think I've seen the others mentioned.

Sixteen candles seems to be highly regarded so I might watch that when I get home.

Some Kind of Wonderful is another of his great movies, (writer/producer). A really fab film that I unfortunately haven't seen for ages.
