I shall try and remember. In fact, I'll stick my camera in my bag right now so I don't forget

I live with the best curry maker in the world. He very instinctive and can throw things together and make it taste divine. His Loochis are legendary, as are his garlic and ginger spiced fried potatoes - or Posh Chips as we call them.

I will be gutted when he moves out.

I am currently trying to talk him into moving next door...

That sounds like an absolutely amazing feast Kate! Hugely envious

When I'm walking about again, I'm determined to cook a huge Indian feast again. Missed my curries. And I really want to learn to do more things like Bahjis.

Couple of pics.

Just about all the food was made by either me, my Mum or my brother's GF. Every single dish I tried (and I tried them all ) was absolutely delicious and it all smelt absolutely wonderful.

Definitely worth making my own naan breads too. They're so easy to do and taste gorgeous. Really must do much more Indian cooking.
