So, what do I do now? The cat has been back and currently sitting outside our patio door staring in, I'd assume someone round here owns it but the last thing I want to do is bring it in for the night as it'll never leave and I don't want to "steal" someone's cat.

Leave it outside then? It is a cat, it will be fine outside
 It doesn't look starved, so I would imagine that there is an owner out there feeding it also, he is just abit greedy and wants more than he is given

Video I took today of a cat who was winding up my parents dog when I took him out for a walk, he was taunting him as if to say "Nah nah you cant get me!" despite the dogs best efforts to get the cat
