O2 and T-mobile managed to cock up a number transfer from t-mobile > O2 which took nearly 45 days to do!

T-mobile happily continued billing in that period of couse...O2 sent a nice pen as a gift once it was all sorted.

I sent an email complaint to Heinz last week as I had one of their Beef Stew and Dumplings soups and there was about 4 slivers of Beef in it :/

£3 voucher on my doorstep yesterday... thank you please!

I've got a complaint about them. I'm flying to New York tomorrow and didn't know until I went to check in online that my flight has been moved forward by 2 hours. Nice of them to tell me!

Still, at least their call centre staff are apologetic. No, wait, they couldn't give a stuff.

Maybe I need to get a twitter account and post my problem then. Virgin Media do insist on keeping sending me junk mail. I'm going to do the carrot and stick next - a letter saying that if they agree to stop I'll consider becoming a customer when current contract runs out, and if they don't, I'll beat them over the head with MPS regulations.
Hmmm. We're in a block of flats and can't get Virgin Media *not that we would even consider it* and they keep sending us crap through the post.

Pah, they cocked mine up so badly that they couldn't actually do it in the end & I had to give up. I ended up with a new number and a little bonus thing (which you can get for free anyway) of free unlimited texts. However they forgot to put this on and ended up charging me £20 for going over my free 500. I'll be writing to complain when I get five minutes.

Also complained to Morrisons today for selling crap, mouldy satsumas. Out of a whole two crates, not one single bag (of 5's) didn't have at least one mouldy/bad satsuma in it.
