Drinks - what's good for you?
I'm not a big tea/ coffee person but do enjoy a green, nettle or peppermint tea. However I never find warm drinks particularly thirst quenching or refreshing, and drink more cold drinks than hot.
I know fizzy drinks should be moderated, and do stick to diet versions, but I'm drinking far too much Pepsi Max at the mo to be good for anyone and really need a cold drink that's not bad for you. Squash bores me, and I was under the impression that it has most of the bad stuff of fizzy drinkies anyway. Am I condemned to tap water?

I rather like good ol' water... but you can make it more interesting by squeezing a lime/lemon in it.

Stick to Pepsi Max The finest drink known to man, apart from Mountain Dew which really isn't good for you.
My family all drink this flavoured water stuff - not squash really, it's all sort of weird flavours like Elderflower or whatever. Might be worth a try tho.

Juice? We drink a lot of it. 4 cartons for £3 at Asda all different flavours - I <3 Fruits of the Forest.

We drink (mostly) diet fizzy coke and orangeade in our house. The odd carton of orange and apple juice here or there. Fizzy Vimto as a treat Daz drinks a lot of water and squash.
I drink squash at work, Cherries and Berries from Tesco is gorgeous! Their flavoured water is lovely too. Water on its own bores me as well, Id rather go without! |

We get through a lot of squash at my house, usually Cherries & Berries, Summer Fruits or Orange, Lemon & Pineapple (all Tesco).
I find that water tastes quite different at different temperatures. Warm/tepid water is foul, room temperature is OK and chilled water is my favourite. The tap water at my house is OK but I use a Brita filter that lives in the fridge so get nicely filtered and cold water. I rarely have fizzy drinks in (though I say that and currently have 2 bottles in the fridge but they've been there for about 4 weeks unopened). My favourite drink is coffee (no real surprise there). |

Water rocks It's the only drink that ever refreshes me. Fizzy drinks just feel too sugary for me as I rarely drink them now.
