Fresh orange juice, but not oranges.
Grapes but never grape juice. Bananas on their own but never with anything. Oats with cold milk, never warm. Tomato sauce on chips/fries/potato wedges. Never anything else. Bacon sandwiches must have brown sauce. No brown sauce, no sandwich, no compromise. See above rule on tomato sauce. Apples, never apple juice (looks way too much like urine)

As mentioned in the lime pickle thread, although I could eat them I'm adverse to eating things in seemingly acceptable combos that in my mind don't go together. Tuna and sweetcorn is one, whole pieces of fruit in anything savoury (mostly coronation chicken to blame here) is another. Pineapple is an exception for me, I'll eat it in anything - on a pizza, in sweet and sour sauce etc.
Can't stand the taste of celery, either raw or cooked, but if it's blended into a sauce with other stuff it tends to pass unnoticed. That's about it. If you asked me outright what foods I refuse to eat though, only celery would make the list. It can **** right off.

I can't eat green or yellow sweets. Makes me nervous and I think I'm going to choke!
I love coffee but HATE coffee flavoured things. Same with chocolate. I love chocolate but don't really go a bundle on chocolate flavoured things. Weird. Love strawberry flavour but hate strawberries!

Not keen on normal fruit unless it's in a pudding or main course then they become great. Not that I dislike them, I just don't really enjoy them. However things like pineapple and kiwi can ea all day long.

Same as Kitten, I dont like eating strawberries themselves, but love strawberry flavoured stuff. I think its because I have no sense of smell, and therefore very little sense of taste, so I base most of my likes/dislikes on texture because its the only thing I get out of food. I dont like the texture of strawberries when you eat a whole one.
I also dont enjoy sandwiches in the same way as I do if my sandwich has crisps in with the filling. |

I used to love raw carrots but threw a major hissy fit if I was served cooked carrots. I'm now happy eating either (though still prefer raw). |
