Default HDD transfer cable

Does anyone have a 60gb transfer cable I could borrow please? It appears that MS now charge for it the cheap gits

He has an old 20GB to 120GB kit of mine. I presume the cable is no different to the 60GB kits but the software CD will most definately be no good for the 60GB transfer.

I do & I have used it to swap from 60 to 120 the other week, MS sent it me for nowt as I chatted the Doris up, The old transfer kits dont work from 60 to 120.
My mate up North has it at the mo & once the xmas mail has cleared I'll have it back.

All of them are 20gb-120gb. It was perfect for me of course, but not for others.

Well the Old transfer kit will let you do that. It's swapping from 60 up to 120 that causes probs with the old kit as it Don't recognize the sixty. You will be fine with an old kit, I was when I went from 20 - 60. You can borrow a transfer kit from Gamestation if you leave a tenner deposit.

Quick bump. Anyone got one of these I could borrow? Had the Elite for 6 months and haven't bothered updating. Loads of demos out now I wanna play and that darn Fallout 3 save is 5gb!
