Bluebook doesn't support iPhone.

Set it for SMS/MMS backups though - the rest gets backed up on my Mac.

Aye Kate, just install iTunes and it will backup everything for you. You can get it to sync contacts, apps, music, videos too

Try that. I've never had to do it myself but it should work. What basically happens is that each time you change the firmware, iTunes talks to the Apple servers and confirms the firmware is legit. What you do with this is change the hosts file so that iTunes actually talks to the cydia servers which gives iTunes the all clear as it has the hash for your phone.

I LOVE YOUUUU

Did that, then restored the backup on iTunes... and it copied all my messages, apps, etc over but didn't reupgrade to 3.1.3

So I now have a jailbroken 3.1.2 with all my old settings, apps, messages and contacts on

*big (manly) kiss*

No operator logo is a known issue with jailbroken 3.1.2. Grab Ultrasn0w to fix that (even if you don't intend to unlock). Don't know if that will help with signal strength (probably not).

PS - some of you love belongs to Saurik for saving your ECID in the first place. I've got 3.0, 3.1, and 3.1.2 on file, soon to be augmented by 3.1.3 no doubt.
