What he said. I'm unimpressed.

Used to be an option for that on WinMo Opera. I'd be surprised if that option isn't still there.

Neither can I....it's crap
When zoomed out, I at least still want to be able to read some text. Opera iCabMobile Opera does not look like a scaled down version of the site, iCab does. When reading forums I can still find my way around and read thread titles when zoomed out in iCab, with Opera I can't see a thing and have to zoom in.

I wouldn't be able to read it either way.
But I see what you mean. |

Yeah they need to massively tweak the zoomed out rendering but i doubt that would take that much effort on their part
Oh and Mark the wife is round so i'm generally only allowed a set amount of hours on the internet or near a computer |

Desmo, have you clicked on mobile site in the settings? I've done that and it's stopped going tiny when it's zooming out. I'm not that impressed either, but future versions may be better.

Doesn't that force loading of mobile sites rather than the full website though which sort of defeats the point of a browser which can display normal non mobile versions of websites.
I can see the appeal of this but it's not there yet. No wonder Apple passed it, they know it's no real competition to Safari

I think it tells sites that can display both to display the mobile site. For the rest it tries to make the layout more mobile device friendly (like Safari does to some extent).

I've heard lots of people mention Apple not passing browser due to competition but there are quite a few on the App Store so I don't go along with it.

Yes, but if he can't see it, it's not much use to him anyway!
