Finished Splinter Cell: Conviction. Really enjoyed it and if it wasn't for a couple of small annoyances (like lasers) it would be a goty contender.
Final Fantasy XIII. Bored with it so it's being sold.
Dragon Age: Origins: Awakenings. Enjoying it so far but need some free time so I can give it a proper go.

Have Bioshock 2, Red Dead Redemption and Alan Wake either on their way or coming very soon and looking forward to all immensely.

And I'll concede Nokkon, Creature et al. were all right. Now I've finished Uncharted 1 & 2 and Heavy Rain my PS3 is really just my fancy lounge Blu-Ray/iPlayer :P

Hurry up! Been waiting for this for aaaages. Though there were concerns that a lot was stripped out in the end. I've seen the gametrailers review but I'll see what you have to say. Just seen this.... 8 hours gameplay??

Oh, and got Blue Dragon for £4 Not sure if it will be my type of game, but at that price it was worth a punt.

Lol

Only had a few hours with it and just reached the end of Episode 2. I reckon 8-10 hours will probably be correct assuming you don't spend ages collecting all the collectibles on your first playthrough.

It's decent so far but it's yet to be worthy of all the hype. The control system is a bit irritating (annoying camera and the run button is the same as the dodge button which gets annoying) and I'm not convinced I care much for Alan Wake himself. It does provide a good few jumps and scares though.

I've heard from some people that it improves hugely in later chapters, then again I've heard others say it gets repetitive, hmm

It does feel like a game that if it had been released a few years ago it would have been brilliant but now it's feeling a bit left behind.

Aiming to have it finished by the end of the weekend so will have a 'proper' opinion by then

Bad Company 2 online when I get time. Have played through the single player and got all the achievements for that so working on the multi-player ones now.
The online game is very good but with some really annoying parts (like being shot from nearly half the map away by a guy with an SMG) and I can't get into it as easily as I did with CoD.
I will carry on though the levelling seems quite slow too but I'll get there.

Uncharted 2 - not enjoying it though. Seems like an annoying grind/repetitive lose your weapons, stealth kill a guard, kill a private army, push a button & repeat

Waaay too much combat, awful shooting, annoying cover system.....MEH! :|

Funny, that's similar to how I feel about Alan Wake

Uncharted 2 certainly has its flaws but I forgave it because I loved the story so much

I was watching my mate play through chapter 3 and 4 of Alan Wake yesterday, seemed very repetitive. He wasn't impressed at the end either, it actually really annoyed him :/

Yeah it is rather repetitive.

I've been mostly playing in short doses (half a chapter or one chapter at most at a time) and I've been finding that I enjoy it at first but the longer I play the more tedious it gets.
