Ebuyer rang me back today. Too late I said!

Seems couldn't have timed it much better - whilst running the backup it flagged up unreadable sectors on the hard drive and after a full scan it seems the drive is dying. So new one put in this morning and the backup restored

Only files lost seem to be temp internet ones so got away with it!

Glad you're having a good experience with the software. I had it recommended to me by a friend and he was right when he said it's both efficient and reliable.

Well I managed to get it working without reading any instructions, so must me good
