Default Got fat over Christmas? Or not?

Anyone else gained or lost weight over Christmas? I seem to have shed about 1/4 of a stone (1.5kg). Not entirely sure where that's gone, but no doubt I'll find out when I try and ride to work in a few days

Definitely put it on. Roll on New Year's workout plan! 'Roll' being the operative word.

I've not eaten half as much as I normally would over Christmas, so I doubt I've put any weight on- well I blooming well hope not!

We've had hardly any of the food we'd normally have so just haven't had it here to snack. And infact, the snacky stuff we have in the house, the kids have eaten far more of it than I have.

Losing the bottom 2 of my 6-pack that I've redeveloped over the last 3 months, shouldn't be too hard to get back - I hope.

Weight is slightly lower, not good. Need to gain more muscle mass & lose my body fat again. Got it down to 15% after being at 27.5% in September. Once I get back under ten I'll be happy again & well on my way to summer target of 13 stone of sheer accelerating power.
