Scent of a Woman
Starring Mister Pachino as a barking blinded Colonel of the war. His daughter and son in law advertise for someone to look after him over thanks giving weekend and this post is readily filled quiet, polite prep school student. I will say no more than the above. Seen it before, somewhat 10 years prior but it's always been a fond film to me. Pachino... well. Tremendous. Absolutely tremendous. What a legend. Truly lovely tale and with fab scripting: "When in doubt... f***" "HOO HAA!" 9/10 |

Wayne's World 2
Starring
7/10 It's more of the same silliness that made the first one so watchable, I don't think it would ever claim to be a great film but a very entertaining way to pass 90 minutes. I'd never noticed before but there's a young Drew Barrymore in this film, I think this is the most attractive I've ever seen her.

The Book of Eli
Starring Denzel Washington... A story of his trek across America and protection of a sacred book in a post apocalyptic world. Really really good. I love post apocalyptic stuff and had no idea what this was about. Thoroughly watchable and the imagery was very poignant to the setting. Kind of... was hoping for some more expansion in areas on the apocalyptic world but all the same, very enjoyable. 7.5/10 |

For me it's when she's in Scream - gutted and hanging from the tree. She can't smile, talk or do anything that annoys me then. It's my favourite bit of the movie after 'The Rules'
