Amazing how times change, 2 years ago would you have considered 2 miles a little run or a 'marathon effort'?!
Enjoy your spud, I ate baked potatoes before my half, then a huge amount of wholewheat pasta the day before. Worked though, no issues with feeling tired! |

I've updated my Liverpool Marathon page with details about the course, my rough pace times and locations. It has a link to my RunKeeper profile so you can watch me live tomorrow and a link to donate
It's probably going to rain, probably going to be very windy but there's nothing I can do about that. I will run and will finish. That's the only thing to do. http://www.littletimemachine.com/the...pool-marathon/

Did Leics HM in 1:50:12 (by my watch) today. It's not a PB, but it's 15 minutes faster than the disaster that was Notts HM a few weeks ago and it means I'm back on track. I'm really hoping that I can PB by the end of the year VERY chuffed!!
I've also been following Pete's marathon via Runkeeper. He's *JUST* crossing the finishing line about now. 5:30hrs. Damn good achievement, so I hope he's happy Very proud!!! Pete, when you read this. WELL DONE!!!!! Recovery mode now. Protein, water, REST and a LOT smugness
