Phoning up to enquire which dessert items on a menu are suitable for vegetarians because they haven't marked it on the menu. They couldn't clarify but preceded to guess, when I asked when they would know the owner them told them tell me that a vegetarian should know themselves!

"Customer Service" people spelling my name wrong. It's,an easy name, why ADD a letter in if you dont know whether it should be there? I know 5 people with the same name as me and they are ALL spelt the same way as mine.

Extra annoying when I signed off about an inch above the reply. I've had 7 customer service emails this week regarding issues or orders and 5 of them have got my name wrong, 3 of then also got my title wrong.

It's lazy and careless and it pisses me off. Don't work in customer service if you can't be arsed with at least getting the customer's name correct. If you're that sloppy with something that is written in front of you, how the hell do you deal with proper issues?!
