Moronic Commuters - people really are stupid first thing in the morning.

This morning my train was cancelled. The 7.15 was still showing on the screen so it was obvious there were delays. We were told to get the tube but I waited for the train (they usually tell people to get the tube as it eases people traffic) then of course the first train was crowded but there was room - otherwise I would have waited for a clear train...

I am not stupid. If there isn't space on the train I would not ask people to move down the carriage. So I ask! "Please can you move down the carriage." *SIGHS From Moronic Commuters* "There IS room - I can see it.... thank you!"

Train gets to Westcombe Park and Maze Hill where there is now no room, the driver informs us that there is another train behind us at Charlton but still people get on the train - had I been able to get out I would have waited for the second train.

The train gets to Greenwich where seated people want to get out for the DLR. "It helps if you guys blocking the door get off the train to allow people off the train thus giving us more room on the train. Like this." (I demonstrate)

People are ****ing stupid.

Job adverts that state the salary as "Competitive" - I mean... seriously, what the **** does that mean?

It means they just want your CV and its more than likely a trawler (fake) ad.

In that case this is even more of a rant, big companies that use "competitive" salary in their ads on their websites! :mad:

When you put on a rucksack the second shoulder strap always flips over and you have to 'right' it. Drives. Me. Mad.

When I grow up I'm going to design a rucksack that doesn't do it.

Argh someone who posted on a friends status put "U not pregnet r u lol' then posted another straight away saying "U not pregent r u lol". What the hell you "corrected" a word with another wrong spelling and typed more than spelling it right the first time would have needed!!
