Cheers guys.

I got the engine running on Saturday. To my *utter disbelief* it fired up and ran first time

Must get that Anglia going soon - it's been too long in the making but I'm feeling the urge to work on it again so it will happen.

Well folks, it's been 7 months of spannering, blood, tears, two trips on the AA towtruck and $$$ but I finally drove it into work for the first time today.

AND I MADE IT!!!!!11111ONEZ!!!

All mechanical. Apart from the new number on the plate, some indicators and shinier wheels it looks exactly the same.

Looks like this inside:





Sorted the headliner out now.

Evidence of blood:



Under the bonnet minus a few hoses, converted to 12V alternator to replace 6V dynamo:



Just got to get it through that MOT tonight...
