Shouldn't make a difference, because that's the point of UPnP - The 360 can tell the router to forward whatever ports it needs on demand. What does your test show without any port forwarding dude?

Had a 3 player game last night with 2 randoms, got to Shredder with the highest score (though <250) and the most lives, but couldn't finish it. They kept on killing the clones!
Best way to get that 250 point achievement I reckon is to co-op on 2 player and keep killing those red robot dog things at the end of the sewer level. As for Shredder, it's doable with 3 but the more the merrier.
