I saw him live a few years ago and he was one of the most unpolitically correct people I've ever seen in my life.
And I don't think a stand-up has ever made me laugh as much, he was absolutely hilarious. I have to admit that I wasn't really looking forward to the show because I never thought that highly of him but my opinion changed that day. It's a shame, he was one of the old-school comedians and will be missed.

He and Roy Chubby Brown I've never had time for. I won't speak ill of the dead so I won't say how I feel about them (well Bernard anyway).
Of course I'm sorry for his friend's and family, but I really am not upset or going to feel he is missed. UnPC jokes are brilliant, but there's a difference between a joke, and vitriolic comments which these guys do - they actually believe what they say.
