got the bugger working
turns out that the transmission rate on the AP that SHOULD have been auto setting wasn't doing it's job properly, I've manually set it and the DS is connecting now. Of course if I ever want to run the wireless at more than 11mb/s again i'm back to square 1 /EDIT - turns out 11meg was too fast, down to 2meg now for the time being. Off to look for a firmware update for the AP in the hope they've sorted this Last edited by kaiowas; 02-08-2006 at 18:49. |
