Popped into Game in town today to swap it over but they had no Premiums in stock. They phone through to Chelmsford to check on stock and they had some. Drove over there to pick one up. Guy took mine out back (probably to test it) and came back out with a brand spankin' new Premium
Sorted.

I've still got my release day one but I'm so scared of using it these days. I knocked it over yesterday and was very worried. It seemed ok though.

Currys did today when I took my bro's broken console back in. They told me to go through their customer service people, but when I phoned them up there were not only very unhelpful ("you have to ring Microsoft"), they were very rude when I tried to point out to them that the Sale of Goods Act says it's their responsibility. He actually said the words "you'll be wasting your time if you argue with me". He was lucky he was on the other end of the phone as I'd be sorely tempted to smack any cheeky bugger who talked to me like that in a shop. Needless to say his name and staff number are being included in a letter to Currys' MD on Monday.

Oh yeah, I won't be buying anything from Currys any more. I'm sure they don't care too much, but I won't buy from anywhere with customer service as ****e as that.

It'll certainly make me think if I ever see a deal in there!
