Default Quick Wii questions

Lynne and I ordered a Wii today, then I realised just now there's still a couple of things I don't know.....

1) How will I connect it to my internet? Is it wireless or will I need another cable for it?

2) Will I need a memory card for my save games, or does it have it's own internal flash memory? I'm guessing I'll need a memory card of some kind for the Virtual Console downloads?

More questions to come when I think of them

1) Wireless out of the box, wired requires an accessory.

2) The Wii has it's own internal memory for everything. It has a memory card slot for expansion but is quite useless - case in point, you can store VC downloads, but not execute them from the memory card.
