Yeah, he initially denied it in interview, then said "Well it's my van, it's got dark windows, so what if I was choking le poulet?"

Every time he came near the counter, we either gloved up or had a quick squirt of alcohol gel. I wonder if he noticed....

I will give a fair bet that the CPS may not run with that one given that he was inside the van.

There is case law about OPD, R-v-Hamilton, specifically the two person rule.

Somebody mentioned to me the other day that the CPS are broke at the mo, so only chasing definite cases they know they can win. I think a far better sentence than jail or community service is to have a picture of the bloke on a local billboard with a suitable caption underneath.
