And I don't like the metric system so I'm having to convert all of these measurements haha, but the times are pretty impressive
Don't worry we'll convert you... Or at least the ones of us that are obsessed with the gym!

What one is that? And is it reasonably priced?

If you don't mind me possibly coming to your gym

and 18kph?! thats like a 5 minute mile, insane!

aside from swimming - and if you really go for it, riding a BMX has always been a much better full-body workout than running. plus it's not boring as hell.

Horizon Health and Fitness at the top of cosham high street - I looked at its website but the pics on it are before the extension and refurb - it isn't quite that pokey any more

I pay £32 a month but I signed up January - I think it might be closer to £35 a month for a 12month membership. They always have deals on for new members so I'll try to see what the current one is.

Dave is the owner and main trainer type bloke and he is really good, he is also a good laugh as well

I am a bit of the anti-social type in the gym but that is mainly because I can't breathe enough to talk

I find gyms and running both incredibly boring, so I recently bought a bike instead, which I'm now off out to ride for a bit.

Always hate the actual doing it apart from the last few minutes where you know you're going to do it and it's almost over, but I'm always hugely entertained by the way the mind goes through huge mental cycles of 'I can't do this...I'll never do this...' to 'I'm going to do this! This is easy!'

Plus nothing else gives me such a huge endorphin rush.

Yes but what about the running?
