I find a good gym sesh really gets you nice and sweaty. But maybe that's just me...

I find bad gym sessions do that too . It's not been a good/bad sesh unless I look like a panting soggy beetroot!!

somehow it doesn't sound so enticing anymore

ok, my 2 mile run is planned, got a biiig uphill bit and a nice downhill part to go with it
