as title really. i've never checked it and offhand have no idea what it was. the nice man i spoke to a while back said that if they were limiting me i'd have a mail to that address with the details on it.

It'll be username@ntlworld.com where username is the username you were assigned when you signed up or registered the cable modem.

Oops, I meant to say in my original post that if you don't know if then you're probably not going to find it.

Mine is my first name then a . then my second name followed by @ntlworld.com
Don 't forget the . in the middle
