Did it!!!!
If I concentrate on the flicker of the shadow for long enough I either get a) dizzy and light headed or b) she goes anti clockwise. If I look away or focus on the feet and she starts going clockwise again. That or this illness has really gone to my head... |

If you can do it then so can I... *concentrates*
I did it Had to concentrate on nothing but the shadow and then look up at the rest of the picture Then she wouldnt go clockwise again. Also just found out that if I was looking through my right eye she moved clockwise and if I was looking through my left eye she moved anti-clockwise.

Well, after two days, I finally saw her going anti-clockwise. No tricks, no looking at shadows or half the image. I just scrolled down the page and there it was.
As soon as I'd done that, I found that if I concentrate hard enough, I can actually trick myself into thinking she's doing a half turn one way and then a half turn the other, which is kinda cool. Now others have said it, maybe it's not a trick and she really is going both ways. Last edited by Mark; 17-10-2007 at 00:43. |

Bah stoopid thing. i cant see her anti-clockwise at all.
I know how it looks as though she should, and if I look at a fram I can invert my initial perception, but get it spinning and its instantly back to clockwise |

Tried different eyes and it didn't make any difference. Can't make her change directions this morning. |

I thought if I was pishe dit would help me see it the other way, but I think i need more to get anything other than feeling dizzy staring at a woman spin round and round. unless I put a quid in pint glass every 15 minutes.

I'd laugh so much if the image was set up to randomly spin and no one noticed it changing directions

I was suspicious about that so I downloaded the image and looked at it in an image editor. Its just 34 frames long, and it only spins one whole rotation.
