Just finished Episode 2. Good ending, but some bloody hard achievements in there. Managed to get the silo achievement after about an hour of reckless driving! The gnome one is going to be tough. Have to say I'm getting pretty tired of how sycophantic it's becoming though. Half the conversations pretty much add up to:

"This elevator isn't working, I bet the fantastic Gordon Freeman can solve this insurmountable obstacle!"

*Flip switch*

"Oh my god, Gordon Freeman is so dreamy. Is there nothing he can't do?!"

Looking forward to replaying the first two parts and getting the random achievements like not touching the sand on the Sandtraps level, getting through Ravenholm with just the grav gun, and finishing Ep 1 with only firing one bullet. Great set of games.

if there is a gnome in that rocket cache then the gnome one won't be too hard... no idea how to get into that cache though (and it's the only radio cache that i've not looted for that achievement)

There is no gnome at the rocket launcher cache, you have to carry him from the start.

Trying to do the medals on Portal - gold on the first level for least number of steps is eluding me. Managed it in 12 but can't get 10 yet.

i started doing the gnome and wasn't really thinking about it properly. took him down the lift with me and when i came back up to the other vorts i forgot i left him down there on a different level that i couldn't get to. but i had no reason to take him down there in the first place. so i cursed and turned it off.

Took me a while but finally did level 1 in 10 steps! Almost took me as long as completing the entire game. :/
