Default HELP!!! Daleks!

There were daleks in Newbury town centre today. Three of 'em. Blighters were making smalltalk about burgers and chips and suchlike, but as soon as you were off your guard - EXTERMINATE!

Fortunately Doctor Who (in Colin Baker guise) was there to restore order. Yes, I did get an autograph too.

Oh fantastic, Colin Baker is one of my favourite Doctors.

Get any pictures?

I have a Dalek picture. They were charging silly money for shots with the actors so I just trundled around the room getting autographs.

K-9 turned up too but both times I saw him he was being carried around, which doesn't really work as a photo op.

And Feek, I agree with you. In fact I said so and he thanked me. Also joked about hankering for the older Doctor Whos - none of this modern stuff thankyou.

There was obviously some sort of perception filter trickery going on, since on review I have discovered a fourth Dalek...

The fourth dalek is obviously different to the other three. Indeed it was the only one that was mobile without obvious assistance (though clearly there was assistance somewhere). I am thus unsure of it's authenticity. Indeed, there were numerous people dressed in home-made Doctor Who costumes throughout the crowd - including a very effective 'clockwork' person (minor though, so no photos).

* Note - the pixelation is my attempt at disguising the identity of unknown minors who were unavoidably present, and not some fiendish torture experiment.
