We once had a real tree but with the dogs it was really impractical

I'm more than happy to use the same plasticy one every year.

I put my tree up last weekend

I bought it all whilst I was up at B&Q and then I wanted to put it up !! .. It was looking at me in it's box all saaaaaad :/

As for me as I'm alone this Christmas I shan't bother, but I never go OTT anyway I like a very plain/simply decorated tree - actually Sinead's is very tastefully done. As a family we don't tend to bother until a couple of weeks before Christmas day. However Christmas for me isn't until the 6/7th (as it's based on the Julian calendar).

I tend to celebrate Easter more though.
