Hmmm it sold to someone else apparently, my bro didnt get there in time He just bought one the same spec with an extra 2gig of ram and a webcam for £160 more, christs sake why do i bother? This is WHY ebay exists to **** people over...

His choice tbh. I did see that other one there. If you don't get something when you see it on eBay, chances are it'll be gone next time (unless it's something particularly obscure/unpopular).

Its his choice but its my mum buying the xmas present and she wanted cheap, he's just used his pester power over the space of today telling her its worth the extra... He's got ages to wait till xmas anyway so we could have waited around... Really not happy with him, or my mum, ive warned her about falled for things or a whim...

2x 160 GB 7200rpm drives.. zippy
N wireless card thing
Biggest battery available
17" 1920x1200 screen
Some little remote thing

Ordered through work for me with a bit of a discount from phoning Dell - Total of £738

I'm happy with it. Now I have to wait for them to build the thing.

one of the guys in my team got his in 5 days. ordered on the monday delivered on the friday. so you might be lucky.

Did think about going for the faster chyip - but that would have put it at over £900 which is pushing it this close to christmas
