Oooh they'll be dead good at that. Plus, if they come to life you'll have a Hot Fuzz / Shaun of the Dead cross over type thing. Dead Fuzzy.
Shoot went well. Meeting went well. Missed the afternoon event due to the time it took to sort this mornings photos. Had a few issues as despite the Times being very specific about the shots they wanted, they didn't specify landscape or portrait. So come 4pm's meeting I get a call half way though asking for landscape and I just didn't have very many. So I'm hoping I didn't cock that up completely as it would be nice to get more work. I am now watching Top Gear and having incurable thirst while trying to stay awake so I can answer the phone at 9:30. Tomorrow, being filmed while doing super stressful street photography. I thought it'd be fun Sunday I need to take my 2nd "9 months" photo but I have no ideas. Its Holocaust memorial day but theres only 1 event in town. So... hmmm.

Good Luck.
This afternoon I was mostly walking. Undoubtedly all the good work since undone by food, but meh. Anyway, posted off a box for Treefrog (cost £2 more than I'd hoped but £10 less than it would if I hadn't walked), then picked up train tickets for Liverpool. They charge you 50p for the priviledge of collecting your own tickets - from a machine. The sheer cheek of it! Mind you, I thought the machine was going to print an entire deck of playing cards for me but fortunately it stopped after 7. Tomorrow, if the weather is friendly, I shall be walking more to redo the good work done before the bad today, and shall be bugging lots of salesmen for as long as I can get away with without actually giving them any money. I suppose I might end up, eventually, giving one of them some money, but I'll take some convincing first. Then, I shall be decimating a pile of paper and probably spilling the results everywhere. No doubt the shredder will overheat several times, as it usually does. |

Paula - Make sure you're drinking lots of water and get yourself to the doctors on an emergency appointment next time it's open. I had a kidney infection that the doctor misdiagnosed as backache and nearly had to go to hospital in the end. He told me to rest with a hot water bottle on it. The heat + the infection made it MUCH worse until I could barely make it to the doctors. I nearly fainted in the waiting room because it was so painful. Another doctor diagnosed it almost straight away and I spent the next 2 weeks on antibiotics, spaced out on painkillers. Not a pleasant thing to have at all, because there's no relief from it.

Falling flat on my phace.
Was out walking because I'd nowt better to do (so didn't have to be out at all really). Tried to get past some people, went too far, stumbled several times over the edge of the pavement and down I went. OK so far though save a bleeding graze on my arm (cleaned/antiseptic'd/plastered). I'll live. |
