Pancakes rock.
I made mine using flower, a pinch of salt, some milk, 2 whole eggs, and 1 yolk, a touch of nutmeg. I have no idea on the quantities as I just do it by eye. I leave the batter to stand for a couple of hours too. I always use butter in the pan mmmmmm - it's naughty but so so much nicer. I like them just with sugar, sometimes I put some lemon on them. If I'm feeling very naughty I use Nutella.

Had a late pancake day yesterday night. Thought I'd try something different and poured some melted butter in the batter like I'd heard. It didn't work :/ and I lost a large number of my pancakes but we got 7 out of it. Sliced up some strawberries and caramelised them in a bit of icing sugar and a splash of balsamic vinegar then rolled them up with a bit of lightly beaten double cream. Lally it was.

My mate was pouring melted margerine into our batter, although to be fair the turned out fine. I did wonder where he got the idea, but i guess he was googleing beforehand...
