£85 a month is still a lot though! I thought you were gonna say you were paying £75 per month when it should have been £50 or whatever. We get TV(M) Unlimted Phone and 4mb inter (I think thats M maybe L?) for £30 a month. Admitidly the TV we get is basic i think. It still seems 75/85 is a fair amount for the extra of a few tv channels and one step up in internet?

You get more than a few basic channels and uber Internet connection, for one you get a V+ box, an additional box (send the kids in the other room), free 24/7 phone calls (great for teenagers) , sky movies and sports. When you have a family of 5 with teenagers and a wife that's a childminder, then it's worth it. I also don't have a BT line so that's £11 off straight away, so the net cost is only £73 and pay for nothing else. tyhe whole package in sepoerates is well over £120,
If I was a single bloke or even a couple with no kids, it's most likely not a good deal.

I bet Leanne spends £80 a month on phone bills alone

Exactly !!!! I think like anything, it's worth it if you use it. If we don't watfh the movies and sports then bye bye. A virgin egnineer came round today to install the second free receiver but he has installed another V+ box.. I'm not going to say anything until the next bill comes in

Cheers. So both are able to change channel seperately from the main box? If I get a job near home after Uni I'd like to have a Virgin box in my room so I can watch TV when Mum is in the sitting room. Obviously I wouldn't want to have to watch the same channel as her, but be able to change channel.
Is this possible? |

Do you want to hide in my box?

Yup I've got a regular Virgin box in my room and there's a V+ box in the living room for the family.
Hoping when I have some money spare to get a V+ box installed in my room too.
