completly forgot last night. got access to the site in a kinda roundabout way but cant actually see the pictures. so i think these should be right.
i'm thinking a fairly big piece here, maybe 8-10 hours + i dunno if that's what you have in mind or anything. but even if you're just looking to get something smaller it may give you an idea for something in future. my friend forbes has a koi, or 2 on his leg, i can't remember exactly, all i do remember is that it's an awesome tattoo. i think this is it but if it's wrong i should correct it later tonight. was thinking that in front on/intertwined with a traditional japanese waves (which seems incredibly difficult to find a picture of) in fact, something like this but properly shaded. the colours in that look very flat.

hmmm his isn't quite how i remembered it.
traditional waves and currents like this one but with the Koi rather than the the roses obviously. would work really well as a quarter sleeve imho.

see it's a fairly traditional design in general. i'd thought i would have found loads of them pretty easy. but those pictures should give a decent enough idea of what i meant.

If you can, take a bit longer to choose. Tape them to yourself, think about the size you'd like it and how you want it to sit. Better to be 100% happy. Pictures of possibles?

I've been looking ages and know what i want but hadn't seen anything that came out and grabbed me. Does that make sense? But i was in the shop for a good hour or so and the guy was really helpfull. I'm pretty comfortable.

I'm really excited for you, i had my back touched up today so i'm a little tender now but i like it even more. I love Mr Barry who does my tattoos, if you are happy with the person who is doing your work you are half way to getting a great tattoo. |

Not got any yet, still living in its clingfilmy nest. As soon as i have some i'll put them up. Back is quite sore was definitely nippy today i was muttering 'arse' and other appropriate words at points but most of it was absolutely fine.
